The 2010 Liverpool Parks Tennis Tournament takes place this week and you can keep up-to-date with the progress of Rainford Tennis Club’s players at the competition.

‘The Parks’ is held every year on the grass courts of Calderstones Park, the same venue as the Liverpool International Tennis Tournament.

Rainford are well represented in the tournament with Adam Ashton, Alex Fillingham, Chris Pye, Conor Porteus, Joe Machin and Sam Sheen all competing in the junior draws.

Jon Fenney, John Machin and Dave Hillier will also be in action in the various Men’s Singles events.
