Rainford juniors win Lancashire Team Tennis
(July 08, 2018)Rainford's 18 & Under Girls Team have won their division in the 2018 Lancashire Team Tennis competition.
The team of Eve Loftus and Maisie Lavelle went unbeaten in the season of the county competition with victories over David Lloyd Manchester, Holcombe Brook, Bellingham, Blackburn Northern and Southport Argyle.
This was the first time for a number of years that the Green Army had entered a team into the LTA organised event and the players are already looking forward to competing again next year.
