Southport Tennis League season starting in August
(August 07, 2020)The 2020 season of the Southport Tennis League gets underway starting from Monday 10th August.
Rainford Tennis Club will once again be entering a team into the mixed competition, which will take place later in the year than normal with updated rules and guidelines in place.
“We are looking forward to competitive team tennis being back at Rainford” said Team Captain, Mike Davies. “It will be great to be back playing league tennis and we would like to thank the committee of the Southport League for all their hard work in getting the league up and running again”.
Home matches will take place on Saturday afternoons and we would like to wish everyone taking part the very best of look but urge all members taking part to ensure they follow all of the social distancing and hygiene guidelines when playing both at home and away.
